When I use Three Wishes it is adding Flying and Attack -Magic to the champ not adding its upgrades... tried multiple times same effect
No they are talking about the ability on the champion Tundra Whisper. The ability only adds the selected upgrades of the champion using Three Wishes. Flying and Attack: Magic are the default selected upgrades. If you change the upgrades to something like Multiattack and Attack: Frost then those will be the abilities the target receives.
