I have had timer say 0:00 once my turn started and I seemed to have an endless turn, until I selected end turn. I have had an opponent disconnect and the game not end when the disconnection timer timed out. I tried to PM the disconnected player and I was told they where offline. The only option it left me was to esc surrender.
