a playset of a new expansion in theory includes 2 of every rune, but really only includes one of each unique rune therein so a cardboard printrun of the set could possibly include either 2or1 of those. maybe it would improve overall longterm rune availability to make this sort of change? then again on the flipside doing something like this would mean you can't just add/subtract unique from runes will nilly in patchnotes for balance reasons.
