He probably got pissed off with Yobanchis "deploy mass ghost units and stall until you Crown of Nightbarbs and spell spam and kill all units in the board" bg, and decided to use it until enough people complain. Or probably realised how much of a buff UT has received in this new meta of cheap meat spam. But hey, let's give FW a nora gen bonus, that will probably work out for everyone.
I complain about FS all the time. Then again I complain about all factions. Plot twist: all factions have stuff that is silly. BOOM MINDBLOWN.

Bingo. See, but thats what I have been talking about. Until balance patches are released on a more frequent basis, there is not even point in playing. I mean, imagine a new player. Guy is learning the game and all, and starts slowly climbing ranks. When he reaches Exotic league, with under 100 games in his belt, he starts facing consistently Angels in every bg, then out of line abilities like Flame Syphon, Unleash, Ghost/Incorporeal, Tactical Manuals, 2x 150ks simultaneously, etc, you name it. Then he is like: "so, is this what people call balance? Im out." I remember a vivid time in Pox where out of line bgs were nerfed on a week basis (poor @iPox ), why that hasnt been happening is completely mindblowing. Having to wait for midterms for balance patches will kill Pox faster than you guys think.
