Toughness Defense and loss of life

Toughness and Defense have been reducing the amount of loss of life attacks, specifically with soulreave. Please tell me this is a bug, since loss of life is not supposed to be damage.

 

LoL ignores tough, but defense still reduces the amount of LoL done.

 

Is it really wai?

I guess it does work that way, rather dissapointing. Another weird interaction I'm not sure if it's wai is bodyguard and arrow eater.

 

I don't understand what you're unsure of when you mentioned Bodyguard and Arrow Eater.

 

Nefari Guard has body guard on Pincushion, pincushion gets attacked by range, but instead of arrow eater stopping damage, guard takes the damage. Just doesn't seem right since eater is supposed to prevent damage from happening.

 

Bodyguard redirects attacks to the champion using the ability as if the attacking champion attacked the bodyguarding champion.

 

Sigh the description says damage not attacks, rather misleading then. Thanks for the help despite that the news is very dissapointing.
