I cannot get the game to consider me as a confirmed account. When I click on the link given in the email, it just sends me to the forum. No amount of relogging or clicking on that link is helping. KTACOP asked me to post the screenshot here.
The forums and the game are separate and your accounts are not linked. Your confirmation email to the game should look something like the following.
If you are having trouble confirming your account, when you log in and click on "my account" at the top right you should see something like the following
KTACOP, thanks. The fix was to click on 'my account' on the webpage, change my email, and get it to resend the confirmation account, which was put into the 'promotions' folder by gmail (NOT the spam folder). I still never saw the original message, but when I clicked on that, it worked.
