Depends on how many tokens you want. 1 Bronze = 1 UC, 2 Silver = 5 UC, 1 Gold = 6 UC. The best deal is for the Bronze then Silver then Gold.

Whichever you feel like giving. I usually use tokens to burn for donations that are given towards the rune pool and these are runes that we had over 300 copies of.
