I have two kids, one boy and one girl. I don't believe there is a higher rate of pedophilia among transgender people than there is among the average male or female. I'm concerned with pedophiles regardless of how they identify their gender or sexuality. Whether or not it is a mental disorder or not is a moot point for me. While some mental disorders are treated with medication, such as schizophrenia, others like ADHD and Aspergers are being treated on a case by case basis. Some people the drawbacks are worse than the benefits, so they choose to be medicated. Others the benefits are more important, so they learn to cope with the drawbacks. If surgery is how someone chooses to treat what you consider a mental disorder, I have no problem with it.
This is a funny example to make because the logistics don't make sense. How could a young girl and an older man pee next to each other? Is the little girl using a urinal? Or are they just in adjacent stalls? How is that a problem?
Give? So you think all stores, official buildings, etc... should be forced to build multiple bathrooms for each type of gender that could maybe or maybe not exist? As for the mental illness debate point you are taking, in the US one is to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria before gender reassignment surgery is performed. In addition, the surgery happens only after two separate mental health specialists recommend it as therapy. In short, there is mental health counciling that happens to weed out any possible mental health disorders. Only valid cases of gender dysphoria go on to have surgery.
What do they look like there? In the US I've seen a wide variety. I've encountered 8 toilets in a row side by side with nothing between them, toilets that have a divider between them but no door, toilets that have dividers and doors but you could fit your hand through the gap between the door and the other parts of the partition, toilets that have dividers and doors rounded in such a way that you cannot see through the gap, and toilets that are in walled off rooms with actual doors instead of stall doors.

On the topic of urinals, if you're ever in Munich, never go to the u bahn men's restroom. The smell of ammonia will assault your senses long before you round the corner to see the trough urinal.
I will keep that in mind, in the Netherlands if you are at a large station that looks a bit modernised there is a good chance the bathrooms have a 0.50€ fee but decently cleaned by the cleaning person there. the toilets in the intercity trains are like roulette but the gun is half filled with bullets. small stations and current sprinters do not have toilets but the passenger association has lobbied for them in the names of people with IBS and such so newer sprinters and those that have been refurbished should come with toilets sometime in the future.

Nah, i'm simply saying that having kids and or nieces, nephews will give you a different perspective. Your blowing it out of proportion for comedic value, I think when your a bit older and have kids or nieces and nephews it changes your views on a lot of things. I'm also saying because it doesn't involve people specifically or affect them, that they don't really care as much. I know honestly I never would have really cared about this sort of stuff, but now I do because protecting people who can't protect themselves should be a priority versus whether that grown man gets offended he can't go into the girls room and that's the bottom line. Where do we draw the line is a whole other issue, gays finally have the right to marry, which should have been the stopping point and all that jazz and now it's just some new politically driven party that is the next thing "republicans" are racist against. I don't think trans people realize they are being used as a political tool, similar to how democrats use blacks, hispanics, muslims.
