I'll recommend soul reaver as cleanse because you can use it to paralyze lock champions with count, and in life siphon battlegroups I always recommend elsari bazaar. Maybe you'll want to bump your champion count to 16 by doubling bloodtracker and maybe add rain of blood for on demand bloodied.
Looks fine, problem is that most champions are too expensive. So, most of times, you'll be playing only a couple of them. Be careful with what you do.
