In the Marketplace, Avatars, Campaigns, and (I think) Decks are singular items you can purchase. If you're logged in, there should be an indicator showing that you already own particular items. (A small tag reading 'OWNED' would be sufficient, and would help point out things you DON'T own to people with the the collector impulse.)
