For now? only by trades.

 

Probably it was in the megabox for this expansion. Not sure if you can get it by reaching Battle Master Rank.

 

If im not mistaken reaching battlemaster rank will give it to u, but u can also get it from the mega box which is no longer available.

 

Battlemaster prize- 2000 shards, this is why you can get it by trades only.

 

I got Valdaci EMERALD if anybody need.
