They only took valuable space. Plus, I'm not using Life Siphon, so she wasn't going to be usesful at all.
Greater Vampirism doesnt boost only life siphon but all Vampiric Healing. That means also healing from blood balls, healing from blood magic and healing from lifedrinker. Plus its range which you completely lack. So if anything she is THE most valuable space
The reasoning behind it is that I'm not playing healing. Though I could in a future, I center this BG around a combo which allow me to stack up damage and prevent champions from dying. She's nice when I drop Magus' Blood Bomb. But I hardly ever play her for that, specially when I need another Blood Magic hand in the frontlines.
DOn't matter the reason, she need to be in every Vampyre bg, not only for the Greater Vampirism, but for the long range alt dmg too.
