I like the Idea, but seems a too cost efficient. Remove his Basic attack, and reduce base damage to 0. Increase Nora to 84. Add a -6hp reduction per use of each "Recruit" Ability. Would be interesting. You might even reduce Spd to 5, Increase Defense by 1, and lower his cost back to 80.

@RedScarlet Remove train strike from secondary upgrades. Recruit a lancer for it. He shouldn't have the option to give it the Screecher as well. What about Train Dmg or Defense?
I guess train dmg/def makes much more sense, assault and strike might be too powerful on a super support guy. perfect candidate for slaver's whip Drive AP sinkhole too. haha.
