@Sokolov Why change Vortex in the first place? And why use "not exactly the best fix"? At least go into the thinking box and give the faction some more viable spells. Please?
Which is why I added the Crystallized effect so that it is a better fit. Now, instead of removing it permanently so the opposing player can never redeploy it (which is clearly problematic and not fun or interesting), it is still removed as a roadblock and put out of commission for the opponent's next turn. In any case, I expect to continue to see this spell in use.
The reason I am pretty confident it doesn't is that it sees regular use in the portion of the effect that didn't change.
