With lavaflow devourer replicating/summoning, when I used bomb attack (skywing imperator/etc.) on groups of them it would only kill one? Take them all down -negative health- and then rather then all exploding at the same time only one would and the rest would heal due to fire eater. WAI or should they all die at the same time?
Would have to observe it in game, but in principle a champion can be taken to negative health and then healed if healing happens immediately. This can be observed on, say, Regeneration champions that have dots which would kill them at the beginning of the turn, or Blood Magic can take your champion into negative health and then heal it back up.
