Just ran into this issue in skirmish with my champ being affected by Wandering. Not really a bug, just a tooltip issue. Source was a Myx Mindwarp's Hallucinogenic, if that matters.
Do you mean the description text or the combat log? Just trying to get the specifics of what you believe to be the problem.
That, apologies that I didn't make it more clear. I try moving the champ and the combat log tells me it has Reckless Flight. Practically the same thing in practice, but still a bit confusing.
