Just had my Inquisitor drowned while in Dead Magic Zone. The waster was created by High Tide so I can only assume that it covered the DMZ allowing drown to cast.
Ya but is DMZ or HG considered terrain? I cant use Macadamize to put stone in DMZ and allow me to cast.
