waylay not laying

    thanks to your nurfs,waylay now doesnt spawn ruffian at all
    tried at least 4 times,nothing

    i had font,somebody stepped on it,and nothing happened
    it did the visual effect when it triggers but no ruffian dropped ever
    it worked like once for me i think,idk
