What if we had a rune that gave you a possible 2nd chance or Do over?

So i was watching some jojo's bizarre adventure and i thought what'd happen if we had a rune similar to killer queens bites the dust.
it could be a hidden spell effect that for like 2 turns if your shrine is destroyed by a particular enemy unit both players would start the match all over again. ( with same map,same starting turns,and same or different first draws)
and so i thought at first of making it a global effect but then it'd be too easy to get the spell to proc so i'll instead make the spell limited to just one enemy unit so it'd take some skill(and mostly luck) for the spell effect to proc. (also the spell effect could be tied to the enemy unit by a hidden debuff thats cleanseable or something so things like cleansing mist or cleansing aura could ruin it by accident)
also i'm not sure what nora cost this rune would have.
due to how rng based and luck dependent it'd be.
in the end it'd probably be either a split ud/fw rune or a ff ud rune and be playable only once per match.

I would shoot myself if the person i play with RQ afk and then uses that card, nice joke
