What's the most valuable starter deck?

What's the most valuable starter deck (for PoxBox)? Or would you say an extended box is overall worth more?

@GabrielQ, another question, are any of PoxBox's money deals better value than an extended box?

 

They looked like pretty expensive to me, but if you are aiming to make a top deck in short time, and you don't want to rely on random drops, it would be the way to go, but I wouldn't expend money on particular runes with a rebalance coming.
