White Screen after pressing 'play' in patcher

Same as the title, Im running windows 8, 64-bit, freshly installed, I have the latest version of Java, and my computer/modem are definitely powerful enough to run the game. Please help, Ive been wanting to play the game, but I can't with this issue

 

The same for me. it starts normally for me but when i press play all i get it is a white screen.

 

I fixed mine by going into my Nvida control panel, under check for updates is a box that says Include beta drivers. I installed the one that came up and it worked.

 

Slappywag fix is confirmed. its outdated nvdia drivers that cause this however i didnt need to use the beta updates and the newest update did the trick

 

looks like I hate the 660ti drivers installed instead of the 560ti drives installed Q.Q, but thanks for the tip about updating the drivers, I'll post if it works or not
