Why can't Whitestar fly?

What is its movement supposed to be? It's a big snowflake. Snowflakes fly.

Whitestar needs dat artic flight yo.

 

They tend to fall pretty often.

 

Its true, once they land they never move again. But these big bastards don't land.

The aspect of divinity doesn't fly either. Even though its lore text clearly says it appears to a stronghold floating high above the walls XD
