Why did K'thun lose hero?

What did i miss? I heard there was a hero revamp awhile back did any other heros get stripped of their title?

 

I'm 98% sure he was never a hero, he just had the mythical ability to stop you deploying two at once.

Ah ok thats what I mixed up thanks guys! So why did he lose mythical? Seems odd having two of a "named" character out?

 

Mythical doesn't exist anymore. He just has a deck limit of 1 (I assume).

 

I dont remember if mythical stopped you from having two in play at sometime but you can with grimlics mirror and just seems odd to have two out at once lol
