Why does Sacrificial Power on Maxxarek count all champs instead of just real champs?

When an opposing champion is destroyed, this champion's cooldowns are reduced by ten. Sheoul Disciples cost 10 less nora.

I am wondering why it includes all champions and not just real champs like death charged does? The ability would probably be more balanced if it just included real champions.

It is. I was playing against a fire bg with my bg, I had a couple of firk mindweavers deployed that were absorbing ilusions and it was blowing my mind how often he was getting free champs.

 

It's always worked like but it's really just an issue with either mindweavers or elven illusionists. Count it as a bad match up

I can see it being an efficient counter to summons but it is simply too much to work off illusions, agreed.

Hopefully he'll play against some illusions to see how strong it is when they count!

 

UD doesn't have a Firk Mindweaver.

 

Working off of illusions is borked, but working on summons might be alright with me. Considering the state of summons at the moment, and that Gedden seems to have zero plans to fix it.

I'll agree that it should work off summons.. as they are still champs, but should not count illusions.. as they aren't champs.. they aren't even there, you just think they are.

He clearly stated Firk Mindweaver, not Grimlic. Tea's got a point, there are no Firk Mindweavers in UD.

A real issue though, Grimlic's Treachery working on illusions, that's a bit much.

No, UD needs some way to give the opponent illusions to properly utilize our Lord.
