    I think those are against the businesses, not him personally though I don't think that matters. The other thing is are those federal or state charges. The presidential power of pardon doesn't apply to offenses against a state. That also applies to Clinton. Even if she is pardoned that still doesn't keep a prosecutor from filing state charges.
