Hi, I'm not sure if this has been noted, but wish has had this bug since it's first fix soon after revamp. Wish does not equip target champion with closest equipment, it is equipping target champion based on champion deploy order, meaning the target champion will receive equipment from the earliest deployed equipped champion.
