wrong new email

a friend entered wrong email when he should of put in new email
can this be undone or he get to put in his correct email?

 

If he is able to log in, you are able to change your email account

Log into the main site at poxnora.com

Hover over "My Account" at the top right

Click "Change Email" in the drop down menu, should be something like 2nd from the bottom.

 

but he will have to get in the email to confirm the transfer

 

Confirming your account email should unlock you for trading. If you did SOE's transfer properly, you should still be able to log into DOG given that you remember your PoxNora in game username.

 

How? here's what happened. The code is in the wrong email. The email that the code were sent is locked. So I changed my email. Then whenever I click the transfer code, this is what happen

 

Make sure you are using your in game Pox Nora username to log in, not your SOE Log in.

Yeah. Same with my username when I use to log in

 

In that case, send an email over to support by clicking on the feedback/support tab on the left hand side, you can give claim to the original email and account name, they should be able to help you to reset your password/email.
