It happened twice that despite having +5 zombies and swarm ability it doesn't spawn festering on kill. Sometimes only the 5th zombie get swarm while others with ZA don't
We just tested this and it appears to be working properly. Remember that Swarm: Festering Corpse only triggers if the champion dealing the killing blow has Swarm: Festering Corpse and it only works if the killing damage is from a basic attack. We haven't run into any problems with Zombie Apocalypse not properly updating based on the number of zombies the player owns that are in play.
Yes all conditions to swarm were present. Luckly doesn't happen anymore until now, I will give updates if it happen again and I can recreate the situation, thanks
