Chicken Enchiladas (well kinda, fam likes flour tortillas best), Sour Cream Sauce (butter, heavy cream, Monterrey jack cheese, sour cream), Spanish rice and grilled veggies, with pickled jalapeños.
I have 6 weeks vacation that I need to use before the end of the year. I've finally decided how to use it. In the winter, I'm leaving my family, going to Texas, and I'll live in a tent in Baskitkase's yard. I'll work for food, water, training, and a place to setup my tent.
if you had not given him the idea of charging you for setting up a tent in his yard you would not have had to work for it.
Yeah baby, lots of tent room here. Also my daughter has a pretty bawss playhouse that you could probably just live in.
did you put cream in it? you heretic. carbonara is just raw egg, parmesan cheese or pecorino cheese and pancetta or guanciale (bacon like stuff).
agreed, it should not be drowned in sauce. I am not Italian but to my knowledge what you do is you get hot pasta and put in the egg, bacon and cheese in and stirr it for a bit. ( bacon of the italian variant if you want to be fancy, italian cheese is a must) don't worry about the egg, the pasta is hot.
indeed. 1. boil pasta in salted water 10min 2 meanwhile prepare a bowl with raw egg and pepper, mix it up until it becomes like a sauce. 3. fry bacon made into little cubes into his own grease until it gets a little crunchy 4. when spaghetti are ready, get hot water out of the pot, but not completely, leave just a little bit of humidity 5. in spaghetti's pot, insert bacon and egg sauce and mix it up while cooking it with weak fire a bit, like 1 min. raw egg will be cooked a bit by pasta's heat. 6. bukkake the cheese on spaghetti, and eat it
One of the recipes for carbonara sauce is this: Sauté onion, garlic and prosciutto. Mix cream, eggs and S&P together. Mix all together and bring to boil. Add parmesan and stir until melted. Mix in cooked pasta and serve with parmesan.
