there's collector whales on kickstarter buying whatever if you want to go whalin' , just remember that with inflation and the economy costs of shipping and how much money is worth is subject to change
i despise kickstarter in boardgame industry, because some publishers are exploiting that method. I mean, if and independent publisher needs the funds for a starting projects, thats ok. But if you are CMON, or similar big publisher, and you CLEARLY have the money to produce the game, why go through kickstarter? just to take some more money away from players with shiny promo stuff.
but i do not use kickstarter to fund my projects, even if, being a small independent publisher, i would have the rights to do that. Sure more than CMON and similar companies
