We are looking into this issue, although practical options are limited we are looking into possible methods. Are you mainly running into this with the Tournaments or in ranked games too?

Trading. It's killing the trading feature of the game. 1 person specifically, multiple accounts daily. But I'm sure they're stacking the battlefield as well. I know they're playing unranked matches over and over to farm both gold and core runes. 6 minute matches with the same player 30 times and wins every one of them? Nah...

For the most Part, the Rune Forge is intended to be more reliable than trading, and replace the need for players to rely on the Trader for getting runes.

Throne needed to be nerfed, the one I did broke the rune completely, so it went the other way instead. I do have plans to bring back Amp Magic in non-champ form for KF though.
