Would it be possible to implement a system where the selected upgrades on champs don't change with different battlegroups? I have a DMZ bg and a spirit bg and its just uncomfortable to change upgrades before playing a specific bg. Thoughts?

whilst I can see why you want this added - the truth is that there are a hundred things ahead of this on our priority list, so I wouldn't think its likely to happen in the near future.
This is a nice feature, but that would take a serious overhaul as to how the database handles runes. There is always a possibility that one of the new programmers could look into this as a pet project, but it is no small feat. We can not say if or when this will be looked at let alone happen. There is also the aspect that this gives a reason to have more than 2 of a given rune in your inventory.
Sounds like a good idea to me, could always just keep 4x-6x every rune so that I don't have to adjust upgrades for multiple decks. Would also give me something to do with all the tokens I have just lying around
