Dangers to society are locked up after having served their sentences ... And he most certainly is one. Oh well, the murderer will get himself into prison again sooner or later, I hope.

 

I'd argue that he's a danger to anyone at this point. He's a 43 year old guy who is living in his own shadow, with his wife and kids in France.
