I've read after the last patch ppl started to hop in again

It has improved for sure but still a long way off, though it is manageable and a lot more people seem to be playing.

sure its playable with a little care.

The main usability problem left is the problem with consecutive champion movement, but a lot of the other stuff has been cleared up. Plenty of QoL things left to do

nope it's pretty buggy mostly
