Recreation steps: 1. A champion with Inhibiting Touch (Vexian Neodrak in this case) uses a basic attack on a champion with Absorb Illusion (Elvish Illusionist). 2. Inhibited champ uses Absorb Illusion, closest illusion is destroyed, inhibited champ heals 8 hp. Doesn't seem to be WAI. 3. Healing from a different source (Snake Charmer's Heal Champion 2) correctly restores 0 hp to the inhibited champ. Recreated with the help from @Etherielin. A similar instance happened with Stitched Symbiosis in a ranked game when a Stitched Tyrant got hit by a Skeezick Whorl (Inhibiting Touch), lost one Stitchling Rider, kept the second. At the start of the stitched turn it healed 3 hp despite keeping the inhibited state. Likewise, probably not WAI.
