Depends on what you play. If you're playing single player, Acidic Gale is a must have, it can one shot most of the bosses. For ranked, I'm not as helpful because I don't play much. Personally, I'd have another Spell Sword for alt damage in place of the Broodqueen. You have detection with the patrols.
You're right, I thought I read someone else's post saying they did. I don't have any myself. I personally use Blister for detection, works for most things I encounter.
I would drop the Patrols and replace them with Psions or something. Patrols are for Skywings, not draksars. On another note, are you going for Mutation draks, seeing as you have Doctors and Percies? If so, you may want to get a Thug if you can get your hands on one. Otherwise, Mengclan is pretty nice and RipDemon Alpha is a cool alternative to those four. Persecutor isn't "bad" really though.
Really? So far patrols are amazing in this BG with sunder + sunder from marauders. Def need a menglecan I think gonna have to grab one. Persecutors seem to be amazing tanks as well.
