Any ideas for a 90k PB split BG?

I usually have ideas. But I am trying to think of a competitive BG for 90k ot less any ideas? It doesn't have to be a split faction BG I guess but I feel it might be the best way to go with a budget for some reason xP

I'd make a few alterations to that since it seems like a little too many 2x2 for my likings but I like the idea . Going to try and incorporate x2 obsidian wings as well since I have both of those in another BG I could probably fit them here too
