any runes that are not allowed to be used in ranked?

Are there any runes that are not allowed to be used in ranked as i am trying to use my full st yeti deck and it is showing as available in the single player options but it does not appear in my deck selections for ranked play.

 

As long as it is either full faction or 15/15 it should work!

 

I think there's a bug. Just make a copy of the deck and try playing that in rank.
