dragons are on the high side on prices, currently, everything on the high side of prices is underpowered because of a general balance failure, and being those champions heros, they are likely to be given a some attention, so I would wait. If you want to play with one right now, I would go with vex in skeezicks, deploy charged 3 is a really crazy amount of charges to feed divine wellspring.
