Consecrated ground is supposed to remove terrain effects, but it doesn't remove webs. I used the ability Weave Web on Demonbarb Spider. The web partially covered some lava made by a Terraformer. Then Euan, who was in the webs, used Consecration over both the webs and lava. The lava was removed, Euan was cleansed, and everything else worked properly, but the webs remained in play. In general, terrain could use some clarification, because webs and poison clouds are terrain effects that are pretty vaguely defined.
