Soooo when is game supposed to be back?

 

Boghopper Bull
Default Cost to 84

Another FS rune over costed. Few even ran him besides me and some others. Stat reduction to preserve nora cost and abilities would have been appreciated.

Pirahnid warrior
Default cost to 83
What can I say another boring over costed mirefolk. Was ok at mid to high 70's. Melee specialist and battlemaster are sandbags. Frenzy pirahnid, and pirahnid tons better why even run this piece of garbage at 83 nora?

Firk diplomat
Default cost 88

Firk paraform and Sensorate are tons better than diplomat and much cheaper. Remove sandbags from diplomat. Protective was better on diplomat. Multi 1 is all that is needed. Mindwipe aura is good but if its going to boost cost into 80's just drop it.


Boghopper Mentor

He could be so much more. Bulwark boghopper would be good on him due to his low hp. Mastermind seems a better fit than some of the other abilities as well. Ma
rsh lesson could be changed to something better like granting a rank of dive or something more useful than altering aquatic to semiaquatic.

Good luck shoeboxing FS your off to a great start. Nerf Turtle Rider next he is ruining the game with his aquatic 6 damage and his low price of 90 something nora.

Improved by increased Defender AoE. The return of Cast: Light as a Feather also benefits him.

Gnarlwood Patriarch

• Default Cost to 63
• Upgrade Set 2: Defender (default), Camaraderie

I like it. The loss of a champ based damage boost might have irked me, but Grappler has that instead so it's a non-issue. Speaking of which...

Gnarlwood Grappler

• Default Cost to 71
• Starting Abilities: Attack: Physical, Take Root , Entangling Attack, Commander

I LOVE that Grapplers will be run now. But do K'thun's summons also have it? If so, I'm digging him out of my shoebox too.

Elven Treecaller

• Upgrade Set 2: Take Root , Boost, Domain: Vegetation (default)

Looks fine.

Gnarlwood Willowind

• Default Cost to 69
• Damage increase (+1)
• Max Range increase (+1)

Wood Marshal Druid

• Upgrade Set 2: Boost: Plant, Pawn (default), Sacrifice of De'lim

Looks fine. Eagle form reducing range makes sense. Transformations should always carry some kind of tradeoff, otherwise there's no reason to have the un-transformed version.

Dragonbark Protector

• Default Cost to 70
• Upgrade Set 1: Defender (default), Nature's Blessing 1, Sapping Armor

I doubt the Sapping Armor option is enough to get over the drawback of Dragonbark, but you never know.

The adjustments made to the tree theme look very well done. Distributing the various stat bonuses that made up Boost across multiple champs will be much better in the long run.

 

I was looking at Pirahnid warrior and Firk diplomat yesterday trying to see if I could add either one into my FS deck.
My first reaction to Firk diplomat was he was just to much nora for something another rune could do.
I liked Pirahnid warrior I considered a lot but just couldn't find out where he would fit in my bg.. But now not much point in running him.
If you want a Boghopper that is a little tanky with damage in your bog bg you would probably run the new Boghopper, Bull is very meh..
I can't remember Boghopper Mentor ever bringing much to the table.

EDIT: Still waiting for Salaman Dervish to get a buff just saying.

FS changes are incredibly token

 

still under maintenance because they're hotfixing ST font bonus.

 

some are token and are likely the result of abilities being recosted, some like glaive will likely become very good units now.

 

If it makes you feel any better IS didnt even get notes last patch.

Limited version of IS one is 1 nora cheaper.

 

Which rune, which one ? There's NO other FS rune with Majestic rank 2
Moreover his range is 1-3, very nice.

The only other FS rune with Majestic, rank 1, is the Jellebrium Lightbringer

They are perfect to defend a font or even in attack with bubbles of protection on them.

I won a few games thanks to those two runes.

 

... Am I happy? I don't quite now. Not THAT happy anyway.
