Yes, sounds like you need to log into the game through Steam to get the rune.

im guessing its the 150ks and the previous coloured runes

 

They are a group of runes 1 per faction selected by the council people who were that at X point in time.

 

@Senshu Is the Pox Nora Home Page and Steam page getting cleaned of any old information? I know from time to time I used to stumble on things that were outdated but I didn't know how it was now.

Also, could would I be rude in asking for a *Forum Clean Up* for new players?
