Drakewing swarm, he no longer has swarm which is odd but its cheap which is nice but the upgrade problem thing is: It has "Numerous" so it takes half dmg from ranged and an entire upgrade path are ranks for "Evasive" which is... redundant
Yeah this was a shock that he lost swarm. But it does make me wonder -- does it take 25% damage from ranged attacks? (Also I'm not against it, since the multiattack/numerous is enough, but just surprised.)
I miss Swarm. In my opinion, it was its defining ability. Well, I guess that and Numerous. But mostly Swarm.
I believe numerous and evasive stack (unless something changed) so 25% damage from ranged is pretty good.
Nay, on release drakewing was very very close to current version. Swarm was a 22 nora upgrade or something to that effect. Can't recall cost, but it was pre-soe revamp. It was a 54 nora champ that might have had slightly more damage, and maybe burn or distract, can't recall exactly. But he fits a great roll. Cheap, super surge, anti range. Swarm was cool, but meh. When I personally had the option, I always ran it cheap meat for d handlers and vindrax.
I'm alright with there being less swarm in the game since it's such a strong mechanic. SL has Swarm anyways with Rioter and Locust.
