Drink Healing Potion applies healing before cleansing.

    Reproduction Steps:
    1. Grant: Drink Healing Potion to a champion.
    2. Cast festering wounds on it.
    3. Use Drink Healing Potion.
    4. The champion will not be healed but will be cleansed. This seems to be a bug as the ability says it cleanses and THEN heals. What gives?
