She is currently bugged so that she doens't come out with upgrades. She is supposed to come out with default upgrades which are Illuminate and Reinforcement 1. Reinforcement 1, of course, means she can come out with more AP than just 5. Edit: Conclave Concordance is no longer bugged. It comes out with Illuminate and Reinforcement 1.
Idk if I would say they are run-able. Its a step up, but I still see most of them as inefficient. Perhaps I'm the only one who feels this way, but some of them seem over-costed. I would even argue the fairy flights nora modifier should be adjusted. EDIT: Actually i take that statement back. I would say 50% of them are overcosted and 50% of them are efficient-super good. But that wisp tho. Am I the only one who thinks its beyond good now. Im reluctant to say overpowered but thats what crosses my mind. I honestly think wisp is meta-worthy.
Fairies are in a very good spot now, the change to fairy dust and the buff to nullbeast was huge. Granted k'thir did lose it's two best tanks in colossal boa, and guardian of the circle.
Yes essentially against small champs he has tough 5 lol, which is crazy. I'm running aura and hunter small.
I mean you can run it however you want, in my opinion he's just best with hunter small, and either bodyguard or aura.
Because magic is everywhere in Fairy decks I am running Magic Acolyte and Antagonize. I'd probably take Regen in other decks.

Is devolve good? And why do people only run 1x starlight sylph :/ I honestly think shes the best range fairy. And why Bliss? I mean I would run her too But whats your reasoning?
Devolve is pretty good at 30 nora, it really neuters a problematic champ. Since I posted I actually took out the Trickster Fairy and replaced it with another Starlight Sylph. She is good. I like Bliss in this deck because she helps bring backs spells. I have a lot of champs and not many spells so it nice to bring the spells I do have off CD.

I may have created something relatively scary... I don't have Conclave Concordance, so it's not included. Basicly this BG just stalls with Corgis until it can reach a critical mass through fan faire and crown of petal. It then turns into a murderous phalanx that eradicates everything on its path.
