Her Orb of Frostfall ability says that units within 5 spaces have trail snow. In a game I just played, I had to be within 4 spaces of my champions for this ability to work.
You need to 'move' for it to activate. Hence you will have the ability at 5 but have no way to activate it unless you move to 4.
The ability doesn't show at 5 spaces. I have to move within 4 spaces for the ability to show and be activated.
