what if every champ had initiative as a core design feature rather than something that is paid for? its just how things work in pox your deploys get more ap the more enemy champs are on the board. its kind of like the coin player 2 gets in hearthstone. the fact that its a mechanic that applies to all champs equally and is 'hidden' makes more of a feature of the gameplay rather than a bandaid.
