After festering wounds spell got buffed to target enemy champions I feel its not too much to ask for this spell to target enemies solely as well, not all ST champs have arctic. (Every champion with race leoss)
It takes a point of speed, defense, and damage for 3 turns as well. Enemy only would be consistent, but the damage output should stick.
