Frost Giant's were avoided by Jakei and most likely other ST races. The Giants would have either had their own territory or they would have been corralled to part of the Tundra no others could survive. Here would be the ideal spot for the First's to train as well as Rugolth and Drakon. Dwarves would have been commissioned to create the Giant Gargoyle as an aerial landmark and then later instructed to build a vast training hall in and under the Tundra.
