This is potentially very powerful but is counterbalanced by the champ having Ponderous, Weighty, and not much else it can do.
If I can't have a 2-4 rng Bok Mistress with Entangling Attack, you can't have a 4-6 rng Champ with Entangling Attack. ='(
If SL can have two champions with RNG 4-5 and Entangling Attack, I think KF can/should have one too! Maybe Bok Mistress can be given it, too!
Switch out Defensive Strike for Hold the Line. Hold the Line is much better, especially for a champ that can't move well.
